On 9 October, the ceremony for the Annual Awards in Luxury Construction, Architecture, and Design took place.

At the prestigious event, Mr. Veselin Yordanov – Chairman of the Board of BAFI and Managing Director of SAAV – presented the awards for the most distinguished residential projects in the country.

Among the winners were the “Zlaten Vek” and “Sineva” projects by Artex Engineering AD, “Elysium” in Burgas, and “Maritsa” in Plovdiv.
