On 10 November 2023, a seminar organized by BAFI on the topic “Employee Motivation and Retention” was held in the conference hall of the Chamber of Builders in Bulgaria.

The event was opened by Mr. Veselin Yordanov, Chairman of the Board of the Bulgarian Association of the Façade Industry (BAFI) and Managing Director of SAAV. The seminar featured leading speakers, including the renowned author, coach, and trainer Mr. Ivaylo Kunev, and Lawyer Yavor Stoychev from the law firm partnering with the Association.
