The California 1 and California 2 residential buildings, located in Sofia’s Poligona district, are another example of the successful partnership between SAAV and the investor Serdika Build – a company recognized for delivering contemporary residential developments with a high standard of execution.
For California 1, SAAV manufactured, supplied, and installed aluminum windows and doors based on ALUMIL systems, as well as Etalbond façade cladding integrated into the building’s overall architectural design. Today, the project is fully completed and has become part of Sofia’s modern urban landscape.
At the same time, progress continues on California 2, where SAAV’s installation works have already been completed. The project is currently entering its final stage, with the last finishing works underway prior to completion.
