From June 12 to 14, 2026, a team from SAAV Engineering took part in the 21st Annual Conference of the Bulgarian Association of Facade Industry (BAFI), held in Hisarya, Bulgaria.

The event brought together leading companies, specialists and experts from the facade industry to discuss current trends in construction, business development, the implementation of artificial intelligence, and best practices in company management.

This year’s main topic was “Leadership and Employee Motivation”, with Paolo Ruggeri, founder of OSM, as the keynote speaker.
