“Bee” building with bluEvolution joinery from SAAV

The first residential building with bluEvolution joinery from SAAV already with Act 16. The investor - company Bokal, which has bet on a modern and stylish design of the building, chose for the windows the German PVC profile system bluEvolution 92 by Salamander. The energy-saving profile in combination with triple glazing (low-emission glass 4 - white 4 - low-emission glass 4), with a PVC spacer and argon gas create optimal heat and noise insulation and excellent indoor comfort. All opening windows are equipped with insect nets. Also, aluminum blinds with hidden boxes under the facade elements are installed on all windows, which provide optimal sun protection and preserve the clean appearance of the facade.

The garage cells at elevation 0 are closed with SAAV sectional garage doors, and their insulated panels are 42 mm thick. These doors ensure the thermal insulation of the garages and, accordingly, preserve the excellent insulation of the living quarters above them. The high requirements for energy saving laid down during the design are fully covered by all the products installed by SAAV and bring the building very close to the "Passive building" category. All production and assembly activities were completed on time and with strict adherence to quality requirements.
