Starting from MsSlavinaHristova who advised me on the different aspects of the products you offer and helped me find the best solution for my needs. She was polite and answered attentively my millions of questions. I received detailed information on absolutely everything that interested me. Martin Petkov who was alsovery precise and any details were finalized with his help. I received professional advice and direction on different options that made my choice even easier. The men who came for the installation were extraordinarily precise. They worked 12 hours in my apartment and settled all details without any need for me to demand anything from them. They explained to me in detail what they were doing and why they were doing it. They didn’t show any nervousness,even for a moment, although the work took a long time due to the need for precise dismantling accompanied by photos of the old joinery. Perfect job! I don’t have their emails so I would be glad if you again greet them from me for the good job done.Finally, today Mr.Pazvantov came to perform the finishing works. Again, everything was done excellently. I am happy to write this letter because it is not often that I express gratitude to Bulgarian contractors.I believe that when something is done well the feedback is equally important as when things are not made professionally.

Hello. We agreed upon the mounting of reinforced fittings on 03.01, at 02:00 p.m. Your company employees came exactly at the scheduled time.They behaved very politely and professionally, complying with the need to work between 02:00 and 04:00 p.m. and did their best to avoid making noise.They didn’t leave any waste, didn’t make any mess and they installed the fittings and adjusted the doors and windows very precisely (even the windows that had problems before with sagging and opening in one of the directions are now opening and closing perfectly). The fittings also seem to be high quality, solid and reliable. As we are very pleased with everything described, including the fact that we haven’t come across a company taking so much care of its customers and doing such a quality job, I would like to express my praise and gratitude to the two employees (whose names I don’t know unfortunately) and in general to SAAV for its professionalism.

Hello from “Arctic” Sevlievo! I sincerely thank you for the installed windows! If I had postponed the installation, with the temperature today at -32 degrees the penguins would have been lying beside me! Thanks to the whole team. For now, we are perfectly satisfied, the temperature in the premises increased by 3-4 degrees and there is not even a drop of condensation.I am very proud.I am only nervous that we put manual instead of automatic blinds.
