Practical advices

Generally, condensation may appear on the inside of the room on the window glazing, especially the window frames. This is also known as sweating or fogging of the window. However, this is not to be confused with the appearance of condensation inside the window glazing. When the condensation forms between the two pieces of glass inside the glazing it is faulty and you must contact a specialized service company for intervention.

Water vapour is constantly released in living premises and the following quantities may be assumed:

The condensation starts to form from the edge of the glass in the coldest part of the home. Wide window sills, as well as the wing frame, may obstruct the air flow meaning that the moisture at the lower end of the glass may appear earlier than in the middle.

Condensation may appear in unheated premises. The reason for this is the gradual cooling of the room during the night and the saturation of the air with water vapor from breathing at relatively low temperatures.

Condensation may form not only on windows but also at all cold places in the room. This results in the formation of spots of mildew and moldon the walls. By observing some specific rules condensation may be reduced or disappear.

Automatic doors are provided with an emergency opening mode. It is activated by a handle at the end of the core if there is a separate pedestrian entrance to the premises. To release the motor brake, unwind the two parts of the handle to harden the core. Then the door will open and close manually. Upon returning the handle to the normal position, the locking of the motor is reactivated and the door is reliably closed. Upon resumption of the power supply, the automatic mode continues its normal operation.

For doors without another entrance except through the garage door, the emergency core is taken out in front of the garage door and locked in a special armored box. Upon opening the box cover you have access to the mechanism for drawing out the core and stopping it, thus ensuring the opening of the door. By closing the box cover, the core returns the motor and the door back to locked position.

THE DOOR IS SHAKING UPON REACHING CLOSED POSITION

The emergency mode has been activated. You need to return the handle to its normal position.

THE DOOR DOES NOT REACT TO THE COMMANDS OF THE REMOTE CONTROL

If the LED of the receiver is not working, this means low or wrongly fitted battery and you need to fit it into its bed or replace it. If the LED of the remote control shows an indication – check the power supply of the control block.
